Will I receive an order confirmation email?
Yes, you’ll receive a confirmation email immediately after checkout. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only within the UK. International shipping will be available soon.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location and are shown at checkout.
Exchange & Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Due to the nature of underwear, returns are only accepted if the hygiene seal is intact and the product is unused.
To initiate a return, email us at contact.zeltwear@gmail.com with your order number.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on worn underwear.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. If you need a different size, we’re happy to help—provided the original item is unworn and sealed.
We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are currently the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your item reaches us safely.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
